Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Shopping online is exciting and we want you to get your items as quickly as possible! Generally, we ship all our products using Singapore Post’s Registered Mail service and you should receive your items within 3-5 business days. Occasionally, we may use other delivery services and will inform you accordingly via phone or email.

If you require expedited shipping, or if you prefer to pick up your items for no extra charge at The Hub (128 Prinsep Street) please email us at thegoodlabel@averygoodcompany.com before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

International Orders

At this time, we are only able to accommodate domestic orders in Singapore. If you are located in another country and are interested in placing an order for our products, please contact thegoodlabel@averygoodcompany.com to place a special order. 

Returns

We take great pride in selecting high quality brands to work with and we strive to ensure that we send you a great product that you will love. But we understand that sometimes, sizes don't work out or there may be a problem with your order. We review each request for returns on a case-by-case basis but here are our policies in general.

Size & Style

If the items don't fit as expected or if you simply don’t like them, please drop us an email at thegoodlabel@averygoodcompany.com within 5 days of receiving your items to let us know. We will follow up with next steps on how you can pack and return the merchandise to us. Items must be in their original, unused, unwashed condition and with all tags and labels intact.

Once we have received the items, please allow one week for us to inspect and approve your return. Approved returns are eligible for store credit for the value you paid, not including shipping. Unfortunately, used or damaged merchandise cannot be returned for store credit or refunds. The cost of return shipping, if applicable, will be borne by you. Please note that any items on sale are not eligible for returns.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If the items are defective or if we sent you incorrect items, first, please accept our sincerest apologies. Please drop us an email at thegoodlabel@averygoodcompany.com within 5 days of receiving your items to let us know and include photos of the defects or incorrect items in your message. We will follow up with next steps on how you can pack and return the merchandise to us. Items must be in their original, unused, unwashed condition and with all tags and labels intact.

Once we have received the items, please allow one week for us to inspect and approve your return. Approved returns for defective or incorrect items are eligible for a full refund, including shipping. The cost of return shipping, if applicable, will be borne by us.
